Most of our products have a twelve month warranty against faulty materials or manufacture. Should you experience any technical difficulties our engineers are available to help you. With scooters, powerchairs, and bath lifts will arrange to collect them for repair.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accident damage, user abuse, punctures and flat batteries through incorrect charging.

Formation of a contract
When you order your goods from us, as the customer, you are entering into a contract with us.
Payment for goods can be made by credit or debit card. We require payment for goods prior to despatch. Should you require to pay by cheque, all cheques take five working days to clear. We wait until your cheque has cleared you bank before we despatch your order.
Individuals with a disability are normally exempt from VAT, providing the mobility products are for their own use. We ask you to complete the simple VAT exemption form shown on the web site to comply with government regulations.
