We have grown our business through customer recommendations and good after sales care.

Most of our products have a twelve month warranty against faulty materials or manufacture. Should you experience any technical difficulties our engineers are available to help you. With scooters, powerchairs, and bath lifts will arrange to collect them for repair.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accident damage, user abuse, punctures and flat batteries through incorrect charging.

Information, advice and guidance is available from Colchester Mobility Centre as to suitability of products to the individual. The information we offer is for guidance purposes only.
